Our Commitment: Namma Dost, operated by INSPOMAX SOLUTIONS, collects only the data necessary to provide our service. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. This policy is published in compliance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) and the IT Act, 2000 (India).

2Automatically Collected Data

  • GPS Location — Real-time location of partners when On Duty, displayed on public map.
  • Device Information — Device type, OS version, app version (for crash reporting).
  • Usage Data — Pages visited, features used, call duration (for service improvement).
  • IP Address — Collected automatically by our servers for security monitoring.
GPS Notice: Location data is only transmitted when you are actively using the Partner App and marked as "On Duty". Location tracking stops completely when you are Off Duty or when the app is closed.

3Cookies & Local Storage

Our website uses browser local storage to remember your service preferences (selected service type, location) so you don't have to re-select them every visit. No tracking cookies or advertising cookies are used.

How We Use Your Data

  • Display your partner profile on the public map for customer discovery.
  • Enable customers to initiate VoIP calls to you through our platform.
  • Send incoming call notifications to your device via our secure push notification service.
  • Process your subscription payment through Razorpay.
  • Show your ratings and reviews to customers (Standard, Premium, Enterprise plans only).
  • Monitor platform health and diagnose technical issues.
  • Prevent fraud and ensure the security of our platform.

5We Do NOT

  • Sell your personal data to advertisers or third parties.
  • Track your location when you are Off Duty or the app is closed.
  • Share your phone number or personal details with customers without your consent.
  • Use your data for profiling or automated decision-making.
  • Send spam or unsolicited marketing communications.

We use the following trusted third-party services to operate our platform. Each has their own privacy policy:

Push Notification Service — Incoming call alerts
Razorpay — Payment processing
OpenStreetMap — Map tiles
Real-time Calling Service — Audio communication
Location Service — GPS position updates
Cloudflare — CDN, DNS, security
Your payment details are processed directly by Razorpay and are never stored on Namma Dost servers. Razorpay is PCI-DSS compliant.

Your Rights & Data Retention

  • Access: You can request a copy of all personal data we hold about you.
  • Correction: You can request correction of any inaccurate personal data.
  • Deletion: You can request deletion of your account and personal data at any time.
  • Portability: You can request your data in a portable format.
  • Withdraw Consent: You can withdraw location tracking consent by turning Off Duty or uninstalling the app.

8Data Retention

  • Account data is retained as long as your account is active.
  • GPS location history is retained for up to 90 days, then automatically deleted.
  • Call logs are retained for 12 months for dispute resolution purposes.
  • Payment records are retained for 7 years as required by Indian tax law.
  • Upon account deletion, personal data is deleted within 30 days (except payment records required by law).

  • All data transmission is encrypted using HTTPS/TLS.
  • Payment data is processed by PCI-DSS compliant Razorpay — never stored on our servers.
  • Our servers are hosted on secure cloud infrastructure with access controls.
  • Our authentication and database systems enforce strict access controls to protect your data.

10Children's Privacy

Namma Dost is not directed to children under the age of 13 years. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected data from a minor, please contact us immediately and we will delete it promptly.

  • Payment data is processed by PCI-DSS compliant Razorpay — never stored on our servers.
