1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using this platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. These Terms apply to all users — public users seeking services and service partners providing services.

2About Namma Dost

Namma Dost ("we", "our", "us"), operated by INSPOMAX SOLUTIONS, is a hyperlocal transportation and service discovery platform that connects customers with nearby service partners including auto-rickshaw drivers, taxi drivers, delivery personnel, and home service providers.

Our platform operates at: nammadost.in and through our Android applications.

3Eligibility

• Public Users: Must be at least 18 years of age. Minors may use the platform only under adult supervision.
• Service Partners: Must hold valid licences, permits, registrations, and insurance required by law. Vehicle operators must comply with the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988 (India).
• You must provide accurate and truthful information when registering.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

4Platform Use

Namma Dost provides a technology platform to facilitate connections between customers and service partners. We are not a transportation company and do not directly provide transportation or other services.

• Search for and locate nearby service providers using real-time GPS tracking.
• Share your location with a provider via the platform.
• Share a provider's live location link (expires in 24 hours).
• Namma Dost does not process bookings or guarantee service availability.

5Partner Registration

• Partners must provide valid identity proof, vehicle details, and profession information.
• Partners consent to GPS location tracking while using the Namma Dost Partner App.
• Partners are responsible for ensuring their vehicle and licence documents are valid and up to date.
• Maintain adequate professional liability insurance as required by applicable law.
• Namma Dost reserves the right to remove any partner found to be misrepresenting their services.

6Subscription Plans

Partners can subscribe to premium plans for enhanced visibility and features:

7Subscription Billing

• Subscriptions are billed monthly on a recurring basis.
• The subscription auto-renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
• Namma Dost reserves the right to change subscription prices with 30 days prior notice.
• Continued use of the service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.

8Location Consent

By using the Namma Dost Partner App, you explicitly consent to:

• Real-time GPS location tracking while the app is active and on-duty.
• Sharing your location data with nearby customers on the public map.
• Recording and storing location history on our secure Traccar GPS server.

9User Responsibilities

• Use the platform solely for its intended lawful purpose.
• Treat service providers with courtesy and respect at all times.
• Do not use the platform to stalk, harass, or unlawfully surveil individuals.
• Report suspicious activity via the Report an Issue link available on the map.
• Not engage in harassment, threatening behaviour, or discrimination against other users or partners.

10Prohibited Activities

• Providing false or misleading information about yourself or your services.
• Using the platform to engage in any illegal activity under Indian law.
• Harassing, threatening, or discriminating against other users or partners.
• Attempting to manipulate ratings or reviews.
• Hacking, scraping, or reverse-engineering the platform or its code.
• Using bots or automated scripts to extract data.
• Impersonating a service provider or falsely claiming credentials.
• Using the platform for purposes other than its intended use.

11Intellectual Property

All content, branding, code, and design on the Namma Dost platform are the exclusive intellectual property of INSPOMAX SOLUTIONS. This includes the Namma Dost name, logo, visual identity, source code, and all written content.

• You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any part of the platform without explicit written consent from INSPOMAX SOLUTIONS.
• Map data is provided by OpenStreetMap contributors under the ODbL licence.
• Provider profile data belongs to the respective service providers.

12Limitation of Liability

Our maximum liability to you in any case is limited to the subscription fees paid by you in the three (3) months preceding the claim. For free (Basic) plan users, our aggregate liability shall not exceed ₹1,000.

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or virus-free.

13Termination

Namma Dost reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms and Conditions. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately.

14Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tiruvallur, Tamil Nadu, India.

15Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
