You can cancel your Namma Dost subscription at any time. Here's how:
Email us at info@nammadost.in with subject "Cancel Subscription" and include your registered phone number or Partner ID.
We will send a cancellation confirmation email within 24 hours of receiving your request.
Your premium features remain active until the end of the current billing period. After that, your account reverts to the Basic (free) plan.

All approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase:
We are unable to process refunds to a different payment method than the one originally used.
If you believe a charge is incorrect or unauthorized, please contact us immediately at info@nammadost.in. We will investigate all disputes within 3 business days.
